2.General provisions
2.1. This offer governs the relationship between the Provider and the Customer when ordering, paying for, and receiving a personal MTProto proxy through WWProto on wwproto.ru.
2.2. Placing an order and/or paying for an order means the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts this offer.
2.3. Before acceptance the Customer must read this offer, the service description, plans, access terms, and other conditions published on the site.
3.Subject of the contract
3.1. The Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with a paid personal MTProto proxy for Telegram for the selected term, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for the service under this offer.
3.2. Features, composition, term, scope, delivery format, and price are stated on the site and/or in the description of the specific plan or order.
3.3. The service is deemed rendered and digital access provided when the Customer receives the relevant credentials, access, links, configurations, keys, connection data, or when access to the service is actually opened.
4.Ordering and payment
4.1. Orders are placed through the site interface or another method stated on the site.
4.2. Payment is 100% prepaid unless the site expressly states otherwise.
4.3. The Customer’s payment obligation is fulfilled when the payment system or the Provider confirms a successful payment.
4.4. The Provider may engage third parties to accept and process payments (including payment aggregators, banks, and Faster Payments / SBP).
5.Providing digital access
5.1. After payment is confirmed, the Provider grants digital access within the timeframes stated on the site, in the dashboard, in the delivery UI, on the order page, or by another electronic means.
5.2. The Provider’s obligation is fulfilled when access credentials are delivered or the Customer can obtain and use them.
5.3. The Customer must ensure a compatible device, software, internet access, and basic skills needed to use the purchased digital access.
6.Digital product specifics and refunds
6.1. The product sold through the site is a digital product, digital access and/or digital service provided in intangible form via electronic data.
6.2. The Customer understands and agrees that after digital credentials, configuration, key, link, proxy access, login/password, or other electronic access are delivered, the product is considered provided in full or for the paid portion.
6.3. After digital access is granted, the digital service begins, or credentials are delivered, funds are non-refundable, because the product is digital, can be used immediately, and cannot be returned to the Provider in the same form.
6.4. Refunds may be available in exceptional cases:
- paid digital access was not actually provided;
- access does not work due to the Provider’s fault and the defect is not fixed within a reasonable time;
- the product substantially does not match the site description.
6.5. The following are not grounds for a refund:
- incompatibility with the Customer’s device, software, or usage conditions, unless expressly guaranteed on the site;
- setup errors on the Customer’s side;
- blocks, limits, or policy changes by Telegram, the ISP, OS, device, third-party service, or a state;
- the Customer stopping use for personal reasons;
- expectations that do not match the specific plan description.
6.6. If the Customer files a claim, the Provider may first diagnose, re-issue access, replace the proxy, adjust settings, or offer another reasonable remedy.
7.Rights and duties
7.1. The Provider may:
- change assortment, plans, features, and prices before the order is paid;
- suspend the site or parts of the service for maintenance;
- refuse service if abuse, fraud, or a breach of this offer is found.

- provide paid digital access as described on the site;
- review Customer requests about access operability within a reasonable time.
7.3. The Customer must:
- provide accurate data when requested at checkout;

- use the product only for lawful purposes and in line with applicable law;
- not use the product to access information or resources restricted under applicable law;
- comply with third-party platform rules on their own.
7.4. The Provider does not provide or intend the product as a means to bypass restrictions set by applicable law. The service is meant to protect Telegram traffic from interception on public and corporate networks and to keep chats private and the connection stable. Liability for unlawful use rests with the Customer.
8.Limitation of liability
8.1. The Provider is not liable if the product cannot be used for reasons depending on the Customer or third parties.
8.2. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of Telegram, ISPs, external services, data centers, network nodes, or other third-party systems.
8.3. The Provider is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, account bans, or other adverse effects from third parties or the Customer’s breach of third-party rules.
8.4. The Provider’s aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the price of the specific paid order.
9.Intellectual and technical limits
9.1. The Customer may not resell, publish, transfer, decompile, mass-distribute, or use the product unlawfully or against the plan terms unless the Provider expressly allows it.
9.2. The Provider may restrict access if suspicious activity, third-party sharing, mass abuse, or a security threat is found.
9.3. The Provider may immediately stop access without a refund if the product is used contrary to clause 7.3, including for accessing resources restricted by applicable law.
